I work with independent retailers to improve how they buy, price and manage inventory — focusing on the decisions that directly impact cash flow, margins and sales performance.
My background spans 15 years in retail buying, planning, supply chain and operations. I've worked across some of the world's most recognised retail brands — including H&M, Primark and David Jones — across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Europe.
At H&M, I spent nearly nine years progressing from Merchandise Planner through to Head of Omni Sales & Merchandising for Australia and New Zealand — leading a team of 14 across store merchandising, e-commerce, buying, demand and supply, and inventory optimisation. I reported directly to the Country Sales Manager for Australia and New Zealand, with a dotted line into H&M Global HQ.
Today I apply that experience to independent retailers — helping them make better decisions, operate with more clarity, and build more predictable, profitable businesses.
